International delivery :

Maxi Kits offers worldwide delivery. No matter where you are, we're committed to getting your personalized products straight to your door. Please note that delivery times may vary according to destination.

Delivery times :

As a general rule, orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks of order confirmation and processing. This time includes the production of your personalized items as well as transit time. However, these times may be extended depending on the time of year (particularly during the festive season or other periods of high demand) or due to exceptional conditions affecting transport services.

Liability for Loss or Damage :

Once your order has been shipped, Maxi Kits is no longer responsible for delivery. Responsibility for transport is transferred to the carrier. In the event of loss of your package by the delivery service, Maxi Kits cannot be held responsible. We recommend that you track your package using the tracking information provided after shipment and contact the carrier directly in the event of a problem.

Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for packages destroyed or confiscated by customs in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with the customs regulations of your country. If a package is detained or destroyed by customs, we cannot offer a refund or return of the item.

Customs fees, taxes and surcharges :
